Spring is in the air.
Well Spring is certainly here, and life is starting to grow, evolve and come out from the cold. This spring and summer is looking exciting. I have renewed my tickets for CAPS, Verulem Angling and my Lea Division AC tickets. I think this year i will revert more to my general fishing, with late spring tench and crucian carp to target. We will then move onto the rivers in June, and a few evenings on the Lea for a barbel sounds good.
You cant beat a few sessions at Layer Pits to get the juices flowing for a big hit of carp. Although whilst the summer is here, the zigs rule, and thats not really for me. If i wanted to lure fish, i would go fly fishing.
One thing is for certain, getting out there and relaxing will be my biggest target of the year. To you all, tight lines, and stay safe.
